I only collect what you choose to give me, I use it to reply to you and send what you asked for, and I never sell it. If you want it removed, email me and it's gone.

Who I am

Millie Labs is run by Malindu Pamunuwila in Melbourne, Australia. You can reach me at malindu@millielabs.com.au.

What I collect

When you chat with Millie: the messages you type, and if you choose to share them, your name, email, phone, website and business details.
When you download a playbook or join the newsletter: your email, your first name if you give it, which playbook you picked and whether you ticked the box to hear from me.
When you book an audit: payment is handled by Stripe on their own page. I see your name, business and store website, never your card details.

This site doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Why

To reply to you, and to understand your problem well enough to give you a useful answer.
To send the playbook or notes you asked for. Newsletter emails only go to people who ticked the box or signed up for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
To deliver work you've paid for.

Where it's kept

I use a few trusted services to run this site. Each only gets what it needs:

Anthropic powers Millie, so chat messages are sent to their API to write her replies.
Notion is where enquiries and subscriber details are stored.
Railway hosts the website.
Stripe processes payments.
Google Workspace handles my email.

Some of these services store data outside Australia. I don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.

Please don't share

Passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details. Millie will never ask for them, and if you share them by mistake, let me know and I'll delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything I hold about you, or unsubscribe at any time. Email malindu@millielabs.com.au and I'll sort it within a few business days.
